shout out to verizon
So in freaking September I put $100 bucks on my verizon bill for my phone/internet. They never took the freaking money out of my account. Not my problem. Mid October I realized these fools never took the money out of the account and ended up throwing them $60 bucks, you snooze you lose. November 11th I get an email saying that I owe $207.99 rightfully so by November 29, 2010. The balance from last month + late fee and this month. That's cool I get paid on the 19th ANYWAY. I try to log in to my freaking quickblog cast account and the shit wouldn't load. So I'm like wtf is going on here?! I reset my fricking modem and these bastards cut my phone off. What the fuck is the point of telling me what date to pay by if your dumb ass is going to cut the shit off anyway?!
I got the threatening message too. Like to reinstate your service please call us. NO. How about I'm not reinstating any service. You guys can kiss my ass. Also, just because you wanted to be dickheads, I'm not paying until December. ANNNNNNNDDD I'm not using a home phone with you guys AGAIN. How do you like them APPLES verizon?!!!
So, Shout out to Verizon. I am a very disgruntled customer. Don't tell me I have until a certain date to pay something if you're just going to cut it off.. OKAY!??
