my recent stay at wyndham
Two weeks ago, I went to Orlando for some hang time and I stayed at the Wyndham resort in Orlando. I had an amazing time, the weather was good, the pool was great and there's a bar right by the pools. (There were 3 I believe). Then I had a really disgruntled worker who didn't quite grasp the concept of customer service. I asked him to make my drink with little ice(it's 90 degrees over there the ice melts really quick)no oranges (allergic). He puts an orange on my drink and fills it to the top with ice. Naturally I kindly asked him to make it over. He gets an attitude puts the same amount of ice and slides it to me. I'm like you've got to be kidding me. After him I did not buy another drink at the bar. The two previous bartenders one of which was pregnant were both very polite. Okay to get to the point, Wyndham asked me to fill out a brief survey.(I'm a huge fan of surveys MARKETING grad hello!) So I filled it out and received a response from the manager.
