Okay so the last year and a half, I gained a few pounds (30) (I'm currently 140 I've always dabbled between 100 and 110)due to mad random shit. Like stress, school, being broke, death, bladdi blah. Anyway, I joined the gym earlier this month in my attempt to "tone up". Not really shed pounds because I'm fine with my weight but not fine with my stomach, so yeah.. So far it's been going good. I'm a recovering Pepsi addict and I haven't had Pepsi in such a long time... mm bubbly goodness *focus. yeah I've been eating smaller portions so that's a good thing. My typical day is oatmeal for breakfast with water, tea with 1 roll of sushi and a salad and then probably pasta for dinner and a piece of fish. Except for this past weekend I went to Orlando and had like popeyes and made alcoholic drinks and shit.. but don't worry I'm back to regular life lol! I started to eat healthy way before my decision to go to the gym. I went clothes shopping and I tried on a 30 (which is the size I've been for a while now) and it was swimming on me. Tried on a 28 and BAM. They fit. I'm excited more than excited I'm happppppppppppppppppy. But seriously I can't wait to go to Miami next year with my beach bod. Um, tight abs and big booties!
