transition through the seasons
There's not many items that you can wear through all four seasons and not look like a jack ass. Let's face it if you wear jean shorts when it's snowing. Your ass will be cold. If you wear a down jacket in 95 degree weather your ass will be hot. If you own a terry cloth hand bag and you wear it in any weather besides spring, your foolishness will behoove you. If you have a straw bag and it's still 40 degrees, you look a tad silly. WHERE'S THE BEACH??!!
LOL anywho I found one thing that you can transition through all four seasons(sometimes 5 if Indian Summer counts rofl).

Easy to wear in spring with your easter pastels, cool enough to wear with white in the summer, tough enough to pass through the roughness of fall and winter! Also, because the chains are so long you don't have to worry about the awkwardness of throwing it over a winter coat..
