About 2 years ago I had these hoops from Forever21 which were the baddest studded hoops in the land. I lost one in a person's vehicle that shall remain nameless for the purpose of this post. ANYWAY since then, I've been on a quest to get some hoops that a. don't look cheap, b. don't feel cheap and c. don't bother my ear (sensitive to cheap materials) and aha! (german voice) I finally found one that may be worth it.
