I love Public Library because of the versatility of their designs. You can switch it up and pair it with something studded or spiked, or on the extreme end do a total bohemian chic thing with soft waves in your hair. Their spring collection is really no different. Public Library managed to keep the essence that is them just with modernized colors and silhouettes.
