who really invented the iphone.. not apple according to nokia

well if you've been on my fb lately, you would've saw me ranting about this business. apparently NOKIA invented the iphone (not the actual phone itself but the touch technology) and has been licensing it to various people including apple.. the only problem is apple NEVER paid nokia for it but continues to reap the benefits from it.. There is a suit.. in the united states and also abroad... sounds like.. nokia is going to get some major rewards from apple... this info via NYTIMES.com
