the shoe im gonna purchase is worth one of your paychecks.. k?

This post was SUPPOSED to be about my new Louis Vuitton Purchase or for better words possible purchase but I got to thinking about my home (5th avenue) and how sometimes if you're not white; you're invisible. Unless of course you have a friend at the store for example JT has one at YSL; he's very good!! But anywho this happened to me at Chanel.  I went there to go look at some shoes; yadda ya and I saw something I liked and long story short I was there before some people looking at clothes and there were 3 representatives and I sat for 20 minutes before anyone asked me if I was being helped. Now maybe it was just so busy nobody would ask me if I need help; but even the security guard was on some HELLO THEY'RE WAITING SHIT. Maybe it's just me being paranoid, but when I go Gucci(my boyfriend and I are frequent buyers) as soon as I pick up a shoe they ask me what size I need; and they don't do it like other 5th avenue stores who will ask you if you need help when you are walking around; clearly someone radioed you and said a negroe was in the building (insinuating i'm thiefin') go ask them if they need help. I didn't even pick shit up yet. Don't judge me because I'm black; judge me because the shoe I'm about to purchase will be one of your paychecks. k? thank.s

But anyway in any case; My favorite fifth avenue stores that are all people friendly (including minorities) are Fendi, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, YSL and Louis Vuitton. They exemplify customer service they will ORDER something for you if it's not there; that's how it's supposed to be. I KNOW you are supposed to wait on me hand and foot when i'm buying something from your store; don't try to play me and make me walk to the register because you're supposed to take my card and swipe it. YES this is my amex and I'll be more than honored to give you my id. AND GOT DAMNIT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD i want my SPARKLING WATER. rofl I went a little overboard but you guys get the point. Don't flop on the minorities because that's how you lose money; I save up for my 5th avenue trips; that means I can afford to splurge a little. But these little incidents are probably why most of my clothes come from the places I listed above.
