I own two now and I love them because you can wear them two ways; at your waist with a big baggy tee or you can wear a tight shirt and pull the skirt right underneath the chest and make yourself a mini dress
... they are formally known as tulip skirts though go figure..
I bought this one from forever 21 &| this one is a tad bit overpriced from asos
I also bought a really nice one for 13 bucks from rainbow.. I don't have any pictures though but they should be there!!
